About the Role
We are looking for a Senior People Partner (HR Business Partner) to join Canva's team. This strategic role involves partnering with a large client group to solve complex problems and drive forward initiatives aligned with Canva's goals.
Key Responsibilities
- βPartner with client groupβs leadership team to develop and execute strategic People initiatives
- βPosition yourself as a strategic member of leadership teams and a trusted advisor to their leads
- βDevelop deep understanding of business opportunities and challenges to deliver tailored people strategies
- βProvide thought leadership and coaching through rapid organisational change
- βPartner with HR COEs to solve business challenges and deliver HR programs
- βCollaborate with the broader People team to drive operational excellence
Requirements
- βExtensive HR Business Partnering experience within hypergrowth, fast-paced, global environments
- βExpertise across HR programs including performance management, leadership development, and organisational design
- βAbility to act as a strategic thought partner, synthesising complex information
- βExperience coaching leadership teams through organisational growth
- βProactive nature with ability to thrive in ambiguity
- βStrategic thinking that translates to impactful initiatives
- βCreative thinking for building meaningful people experiences
- βChange management experience
