About the Role

As a Senior Python Software Engineer in Backend Workflows, you will lead the design and delivery of workflows, tooling, and best practices that make Python development fast, reliable, and frictionless.
Key Responsibilities
- βShape the Python language ecosystem with a strong product and platform mindset
- βArchitect, build and deliver high-impact solutions that uplift the Python developer experience
- βAdvocate for Python engineering best practices across the organization
- βDevelop internal observability tooling and metrics for actionable insights
- βDrive org-wide ecosystem migrations and tooling transformations
- βShape and execute the long-term vision for IDE developer tooling
Requirements
- βExpert-level Python experience with familiarity in modern development ecosystems
- βDemonstrated leadership and ownership of complex engineering initiatives
- βDeep commitment to engineering excellence and systems architecture
- βExtensive experience with containerization, Terraform, and GitOps
- βBackground in integrating ML applications into platform or backend systems
- βAbility to translate customer and developer needs into technical solutions
