About the Role
We are looking for a Solution Consultant to join Canva's team in London. This role involves bringing Canva's value to life for EMEA customers by shaping global content workflows, running high-impact discovery, and delivering demos that excite and delight.

Requirements
- βExperience in pre-sales, consulting, creative workflows or enterprise onboarding
- βLove solving customer problems and designing elegant creative workflows
- βDelivered training or workshops for business audiences
- βPassionate about speaking "design language" and helping teams unlock their creativity
- βProfessional presentation skills and comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders
- βStructured, organized, and can manage multiple workstreams
- βCalm under pressure, collaborative, and a great communicator
- βCurious, resourceful, and love helping colleagues and customers learn
- βUnderstand brand governance, template systems, and creative operations
- βHigh proficiency in visual design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma)
- βStrong ability to design demos and workflows within Canva
- βA proven partner of Sales organizations in driving account strategy
- βPosition Canva as the strategic creative solution at enterprise scale
- βAct as a trusted advisor to both colleagues and customers
- βHelp Canva achieve its revenue goals through powerful solution storytelling
- βBe a visionary and help customers imagine entirely new ways of working
- βFluency in German, to support our DACH customers
