Key Responsibilities
- βBecome a Canva product expert and lead complex enterprise onboardings
- βPartner 1:1 with clients to develop tailored rollout frameworks
- βDrive customer timelines and adoption by aligning business needs with Canvaβs best practices
- βCo-build implementation processes with cross-functional teams
- βUnderstand customer use cases to improve Help Center and product experience
Requirements
- β5+ years implementing SaaS or enterprise software for large, multi-region clients
- βProven ability to scope, plan, and deliver multi-phase projects with executive visibility
- βPassion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and building relationships
- βCreative problem-solving skills with a focus on understanding customer needs
- βConfident stakeholder management with senior decision-makers
- βStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
