About the Role

We are looking for a Print Strategy & Ops Lead to join Canva Print, playing a critical role in shaping and executing strategies across the business. This role involves collaborating with the Print team to shape the strategic direction and performance of key business areas.

Key Responsibilities

→Partner with Print leadership to operationalize one of Canva’s strategic bets
→Identify and drive structural and process changes to evolve our operating model
→Evaluate and evolve core operating systems to ensure they scale effectively
→Build scalable playbooks and frameworks that enable speed without sacrificing quality
→Lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
→Establish metrics and dashboards to track operational readiness and business performance
→Drive strategy, analysis, and execution of key strategic areas within Canva Print
→Analyze performance of existing programs and identify opportunities for growth
→Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new print technologies, and best practices

Requirements

✓5+ years experience in management consulting, business strategy, or operations
✓Strategic, first principles thinker with ability to take end-to-end ownership of large problems
✓Data-driven and analytical with strong problem-solving skills
✓Track record of successfully executing strategies and recommendations
✓Operational, practical, and results-driven with ability to develop actionable plans
✓Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and strong communication skills
✓Hands-on and humble with a willingness to dig into data and details
