About the Role
Capco is seeking Consultants / Senior Consultants to support and drive the growth of their Data and AI practice. This role involves leading a team of data practitioners and implementing cutting-edge data & analytics programs for top-tier Financial Services clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the Product Owner in shaping and delivering an in-house LLM productivity tool used by 200,000+ colleagues
- →Contribute to roadmap execution, product vision, and feature planning
- →Develop and refine product features by gathering user insights, analyzing MI, conducting research, and tracking changes in user behavior and needs
- →Work closely with Engineering to translate feature ideas into clear requirements and maintain an organized, prioritized backlog
- →Collaborate with Customer Success and regional teams to collect feedback, support adoption, and ensure the product meets market and user expectations
Requirements
- ✓At least 3 years' experience across financial services and/or consulting
- ✓Some experience supporting product development or product ownership, with a solid understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle
- ✓Basic knowledge of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI safety principles
- ✓Familiarity with large-scale transformation initiatives involving data, analytics, or AI/ML technologies
- ✓Self-starter with strong initiative, able to operate with limited guidance in a fast-changing environment
- ✓Adapting to evolving technical and risk requirements, and collaborating across diverse teams
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills
