About the Role
Capco is seeking a Java Backend Developer to join their global technology and management consulting team. This role involves working on innovative projects in the financial services industry, focusing on automation and workflow engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work as part of an Agile software development team to deliver valuable business requirements
- →Participate in the design and architecture of applications, investigating and proposing appropriate technologies
- →Integrate automation solutions with Azure services and ensure connectivity with ServiceNow
- →Design and implement automation scripts and modules using C#, PowerShell, and Python
- →Configure applications in different environments
- →Provide L3 support and troubleshooting for production problems
- →Follow SDLC guidelines including coding standards and security compliance
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- ✓Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering roles with automation and workflow engineering
- ✓Proven experience with GitHub Actions/Workflow, Azure Automation, ServiceNow, and Power Automate
- ✓Strong skills in C#, PowerShell, and Python
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- ✓Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments
