About the Role
We are looking for a Java Backend Developer to join Capco, a global technology and management consulting firm. This role involves working on engaging projects with major banks, insurance companies, and payment service providers in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement RESTful APIs
- →Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers
- →Collaborate with product team on technical requirements
- →Develop secure systems using OAuth2 and JWT
- →Work with microservices architecture and message brokers
- →Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience in backend development
- ✓Strong proficiency in Java and Spring ecosystem
- ✓Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- ✓Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- ✓Understanding of Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design
- ✓Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- ✓Excellent communication skills
- ✓Fluent in English
