About the Role

Capco is seeking an AWS Partnerships Program Manager to operationalise and scale their global AWS partnership strategy. This role focuses on go-to-market execution, co-sell enablement, partner operations, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

→Execute and operationalise Capco’s global AWS partnership and GTM strategy across regions
→Coordinate joint AWS co-sell motions, sales plays, campaigns, and client events
→Enable sales and delivery teams with AWS-aligned playbooks, assets, and enablement materials
→Track AWS-sourced and influenced pipeline, co-sell performance, and partner scorecards
→Manage AWS funding, incentives, governance cadence, and quarterly business reviews

Requirements

✓5–7 years’ experience in AWS partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem roles
✓Hands-on exposure to the AWS Partner Network and AWS-aligned programmes
✓Experience working in consulting, technology, or digital transformation environments
✓Strong project management, organisational, and communication skills
✓Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships in global, matrixed environments
