About the Role
Capco Poland is seeking a Systems Integration Consultant to join our team. This role involves advising on, designing, and reviewing enterprise-scale integration solutions within a modern banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide consulting and advisory support in the design of integration solutions across the Bank’s IT systems.
- →Conduct technical analysis and consulting on software development and configuration-based solutions.
- →Recommend system integration approaches, leveraging available technologies, industry standards, and best practices.
- →Advise on compliance with reference architecture and security requirements.
- →Participate in and provide expert input during technical reviews, assessing the quality of software and integration solutions.
Requirements
- ✓5–10 years of overall experience in software development and system integration projects (C# or Java or Python)
- ✓Around 3 years of hands-on experience with an enterprise integration platform, such as MuleSoft, IBM Integration, or similar technologies.
- ✓Proven expertise in advising on, designing, and delivering integration solutions using industry standards (e.g. REST, SOAP, ESB).
- ✓Experience in banking/financial services domain or consulting is highly appreciated
- ✓Excellent communication skills, both in Polish and English (Verbal and Written)
- ✓Being detailed oriented, open to learn, creative, business-oriented
