We are looking for a Business Analyst to join Capco, a company transforming the global financial services industry. This role focuses on collaborating with clients and internal teams to define strategies and deliver actionable roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with external clients and internal teams to forge productive partnerships
- →Define and deliver roadmaps by partnering with clients to turn strategies into actionable plans
- →Gather and refine requirements, translating them into user stories and actionable deliverables
- →Enhance consumer experiences by strategically crafting and optimizing processes
- →Lead digital transformations for clients, driving complex, large-scale digital changes
Requirements
- ✓5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the financial services sector
- ✓Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, creating business cases, and defining project goals
- ✓Proven ability to lead sessions, gather requirements, and liaise effectively between stakeholders and users
- ✓Skilled in Epic, user story writing, and process re-engineering
- ✓Expertise in Commercial, Digital, and Retail Banking, with a working knowledge of financial processes
- ✓Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- ✓Good knowledge of French or Dutch AND English (mandatory)
