Business Analyst – Commercial and Specialty Insurance Location: London (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Insurance | Type: Permanent Deliver strategic and technology-enabled transformation across Commercial & Specialty Insurance. The Role Capco is seeking a Business Analyst with strong Commercial and Specialty Insurance expertise to join our growing Insurance practice. This role focuses on business analysis, requirements engineering, and supporting the delivery of complex transformation programmes across the insurance value chain. You will work closely with stakeholders across leading insurers in Property, Liability, Marine, Energy, and other Specialty lines to analyse business processes, define requirements, and support the design and implementation of target solutions. From early discovery and impact assessment through to delivery and benefits realisation, you will play a key role in enabling effective change across underwriting, claims, and policy administration functions.
