About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in contract management, enterprise risk management, stakeholder engagement, and business analysis to lead business change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead Contract Management including risk identification, compliance tracking, and performance monitoring
- →Manage Operational and Enterprise Risk Management frameworks
- →Oversee Issue & Risk Event Management, including escalation and mitigation planning
- →Define and articulate clear business outcomes aligned with strategic objectives
- →Drive Business Readiness activities to ensure successful implementation of change
- →Lead Discovery sessions to shape business needs and solution approaches
- →Build robust Business Cases with financial, risk, and strategic justification
- →Build and maintain strong Stakeholder Relationships across business and technology teams
- →Apply advanced analytical skills and critical thinking to solve complex business problems
Requirements
- ✓Strong experience in Contract Management and Risk Governance
- ✓Proven experience in Enterprise/Operational Risk Management
- ✓Demonstrated expertise in Change Risk Management
- ✓Advanced Business Analysis and requirements modelling capability
- ✓Experience building Business Cases and Impact Assessments
- ✓Strong understanding of Legal & Regulatory Compliance
- ✓Experience managing MVP/MMP delivery models
- ✓Familiarity with estimation techniques and agile tracking metrics
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- ✓Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capability
