About the Role
Capco is seeking a Consultant to join their Hong Kong team, specializing in banking, capital markets, and insurance. This role offers a platform to develop skills in the capital markets space with extensive project and client exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the design and delivery of global custody, fund administration, and securities services transformation initiatives
- →Work with client stakeholders to analyze current-state operating models and define future-state processes
- →Assist in implementing process, technology, and improvements across custody, fund administration, and corporate actions
- →Perform operational and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
- →Manage workstreams, prioritize issues, and track dependencies
- →Prepare client-facing materials and communicate project progress
Requirements
- ✓5+ years’ experience in consulting, business analysis, or project delivery within banking or financial services
- ✓Strong domain knowledge across Global Custody or Fund Administration
- ✓Proven experience delivering end-to-end securities services or custody transformation initiatives
- ✓Ability to analyze and improve operating models, processes, and controls
- ✓Strong requirements-gathering capabilities, including functional requirements, process mapping, user stories, and target state design
- ✓Experience supporting large-scale change or regulatory-driven transformation programmes
- ✓Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior clients
- ✓High attention to detail, prioritisation skills, and ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin advantageous
