About the Role
Capco is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Business Consulting practice in Sheffield. This role involves supporting strategic change initiatives across Banking & Payments clients, working at the intersection of business and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- →Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements across Banking & Payments programmes
- →Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to define current and future-state processes
- →Translate business needs into clear user stories, process maps, and functional specifications
- →Support impact assessments, gap analysis, and solution design activities
- →Collaborate with project managers, technology teams, and client stakeholders to support successful delivery
Requirements
- ✓Experience working as a Business Analyst within Financial Services, ideally Banking or Payments
- ✓Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and documentation standards
- ✓Ability to manage stakeholder relationships across business and technology teams
- ✓Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments
- ✓Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills
