About the Role
Capco Poland is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive large-scale change programs in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technology solutions and ensure successful delivery of strategic transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for complex transformation programs.
- →Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party vendors to define and deliver target-state solutions.
- →Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and process re-engineering activities.
- →Support operating model design, process optimization, and regulatory change initiatives.
- →Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions across business and IT teams.
- →Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- →Support testing activities (SIT/UAT), change management, and implementation planning.
- →Ensure alignment with regulatory, risk, and compliance standards within banking.
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 4 years of experience working on transformation programs within the banking sector.
- ✓Proven experience in business analysis across large-scale change initiatives.
- ✓Strong understanding of banking products, operations, and regulatory environment.
- ✓Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management across multiple levels of seniority.
- ✓Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
- ✓Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
