About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Lead to join our team. This role focuses on defining architecture, standards, and best practices for the development team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define architecture, code standards, and best practices for the development team
- →Review pull requests and ensure code quality
- →Manage integrations with SAP and AWS services (S3, Lambda, ECS)
- →Monitor and optimize application performance and database queries
- →Implement and audit systems for permissions and access control
- →Maintain development and production environments
- →Keep technical documentation updated and clear
Requirements
- ✓10 years of experience in the field
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Technology Analysis, IT Administration, or related fields
- ✓Master's degree with minimum 360 hours of coursework
- ✓Advanced Python 3.x skills
- ✓Solid experience with Django 4.x and Django REST Framework
- ✓PostgreSQL optimization and data modeling
- ✓Solid JavaScript experience
- ✓Bootstrap for responsive interfaces
- ✓Django templates and backend-frontend integration (MVC)
- ✓Linux (development and production environments)
- ✓Git and branch workflow management
- ✓AWS (S3, Lambda, ECS) experience
- ✓pytest and coverage for automated testing
- ✓Code review and static code analysis
