About the Role
Capco Poland is seeking a Data Product Manager to drive the development of data-centric products for secure online payment experiences. This role requires working at the intersection of data, technology, and business to enhance payment ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and execute the data product strategy for payment platforms and related services
- →Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and optimization
- →Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Product teams to build scalable data solutions
- →Identify opportunities to use data for fraud prevention, risk management, and customer insights
- →Ensure compliance with payment industry regulations and data privacy standards (PCI DSS, GDPR)
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in data product management, preferably in fintech or online payments
- ✓Strong understanding of payment processing, digital wallets, and transaction data flows
- ✓Proficiency with data tools (SQL, Python, BI platforms) and familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP)
- ✓Experience in Agile product development
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Fluency in English (C1 level)
