About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Data Architect to join Capco and work with Aviva to drive their data agenda. This role involves developing data strategies and leading the implementation of data solutions in the insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute data architecture strategy for large organizations
- →Define data roadmaps with a 5 to 10-year horizon
- →Balance near-term delivery with longer-term sustainability
- →Influence through building positive relationships and strong communication
- →Expertise in data lifecycle, technologies, data-patterns, insights, analytics, and machine learning
- →Master and reference data management, integration, data warehousing, NoSQL, data quality, metadata, and data compliance
- →Stay updated with industry standard data strategies, trends, technologies, and business models
Requirements
- ✓17+ years of experience in data architecture strategy and execution
- ✓Experience in large organizations, preferably in Financial Services
- ✓Skills in making highly sophisticated decisions
- ✓Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- ✓Expertise in all aspects of data management and technologies
- ✓Knowledge of Snowflake and AWS is advantageous
