MAKE AN IMPACT Role Description Experience : 7+ Years Job Location : Bangalore/Chennai Notice Period: 0 - 30 days JD: We are looking for a highly skilled Full stack developer with 8+ years of backend and React UI experience to join our growing team. Your expertise will help drive high-quality development, ensuring that applications are intuitive, fast, and responsive. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement modern web technologies and deliver seamless user experiences. This role requires a strong background in Development, DevOps practices, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams to drive the bank's technological advancements. - Full Stack Development: Build, enhance, and maintain front-end components using React.js. Ensure high performance and scalability on the backend. - Component Design: Develop reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components and libraries for complex applications. - State Management: Work with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or similar solutions to manage app state effectively. - API Integration: Integrate front-end components with back-end services through RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL. - Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure that the application works seamlessly across various browsers and devices. - UI/UX Collaboration: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design prototypes and translate them into functional web applications. - Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and optimized code while adhering to industry best practices and standards. - Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing using tools like Jest, Mocha, or other testing libraries. Debug and troubleshoot issues across multiple browsers and platforms. - Performance Optimization: Identify areas for performance improvements and ensure that the web application is optimized for speed and efficiency. - Continuous Improvement: Contribute to team knowledge sharing, improve development processes, and keep up to date with the latest front-end technologies and trends. Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Development experience building complex web applications and systems using Java, React, Node.js, HTML5, JavaScript, and TypeScript • Proven experience with state management libraries such as Redux or React Context API. • Proven experience as a Infrastructure Engineer with a focus on private and public cloud environments. • Strong understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC). • Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools such as Python, Shell, or similar languages. • Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end development tools • Proficiency in integrating third-party APIs and backend services with front-end components. • Strong experience with Git for version control and collaboration in a team environment • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
