MAKE AN IMPACT Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Scala, Kafka, NiFi) Experience: 4–6 Years Location: Pune (Hybrid – Client Office) Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Scala, Kafka, JSON payload handling, and Apache NiFi pipeline development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable data-driven applications, designing robust backend systems, and contributing to end-to-end development across the stack. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications with a focus on backend services using Scala Work extensively with JSON payloads for data exchange, transformation, and API integrations Develop and manage real-time data pipelines using Apache Kafka Build and maintain data ingestion and processing pipelines using Apache NiFi Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless user experience Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting production issues Work closely with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications 4–6 years of experience in full stack or backend-heavy development Strong programming expertise in Scala Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, streaming) Solid experience working with JSON payloads and RESTful APIs Experience in Apache NiFi pipeline development and data flow management Good understanding of microservices architecture Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) Experience with version control systems (Git) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good to Have Experience with frontend technologies (Angular/React/JavaScript) Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Understanding of CI/CD pipelines Work Model Hybrid model – Work from client office in Pune (as per project requirements) Key Competencies Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in an agile environment Proactive and ownership-driven mindset
