About the Role
Capco, a Wipro company, is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their team in Pune. This role involves partnering with business leaders to drive people strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with functional leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into HR initiatives.
- →Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews to ensure leadership pipeline strength.
- →Lead performance management processes, goal setting, and capability development initiatives.
- →Analyze people metrics (attrition, engagement, productivity, diversity) and provide data-driven insights to leaders.
- →Support organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives.
- →Coach managers on employee relations, performance improvement, and team effectiveness.
- →Drive employee engagement initiatives and action planning to improve engagement scores and retention.
- →Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and C&B teams to ensure integrated HR delivery.
- →Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
Requirements
- ✓4–6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3+ years in an HRBP or similar partnering role.
- ✓Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- ✓Experience in talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
- ✓Proficiency in interpreting HR analytics and translating insights into action.
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills.
- ✓Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
