About the Role
Capco Poland is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join their team supporting a Tier 1 Corporate & Investment Banking client in the Market Risk domain. This role involves developing AI and Agent-based Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and requires a structured thinker with an interest in AI exploration.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, test and refine prompts for AI/Agent-based use cases
- →Translate business needs into structured requirements
- →Support grooming and structuring of JIRA backlogs
- →Define user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- →Draft test cases and support UAT preparation
- →Analyze AI-generated outputs and assess their business usability
- →Explore how AI can improve requirements definition, documentation quality, and test case generation
- →Identify improvement opportunities and propose enhancements
Requirements
- ✓Initial experience (0–2 years) in Business Analysis, Consulting, Banking / Financial Services, or Digital / IT projects
- ✓Exposure to Agile environments is a plus
- ✓Proven initial practical use and application of AI tools
- ✓Demonstrated understanding of how to effectively interact with AI tools
- ✓Awareness of AI limitations, risks, and ethical considerations
- ✓Strong analytical thinking
- ✓Structured and detail-oriented mindset
- ✓Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies
- ✓Clear and concise communication skills
- ✓Ability to structure ambiguity into clarity
- ✓Ownership and proactivity
