About the Role
We are looking for a Principal .NET Developer to join Capco and architect enterprise-scale platforms for global capital markets clients. This role involves delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing applications while mentoring engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- βDesign and build enterprise-grade .NET solutions for capital markets platforms
- βImplement scalable, event-driven systems using modern cloud-native architectures
- βApply engineering best practices including SOLID principles, TDD, and CI/CD pipelines
- βCollaborate with stakeholders and mentor teams to ensure project success
- βLead platform architecture discussions, focusing on secure, maintainable solutions
Requirements
- βProficiency in C# (7.0/8.0) & .NET with a background in building enterprise systems in capital markets
- βStrong understanding of trade lifecycle processes and financial instruments (Options, Derivatives, Rates)
- βExperience with SQL Server and/or NoSQL solutions; performance tuning and design
- βExpertise in AWS (DocumentDB, EKS, EC2, S3, Aurora, CloudFront, Route 53)
- βExperience with caching layers like Redis or Elasticache and scalable API design (REST/GraphQL)
