About the Role
Capco is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to lead the development of GenAI visualization and conversational analytics frontend capabilities. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to shape the vision and roadmap for innovative AI products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and execute the product roadmap for GenAI visualization and conversational analytics
- →Lead end-to-end development and integration of GenAI visualization products
- →Leverage analytics to monitor user adoption and AI performance
- →Define standards for semantic models and retrieval strategies
- →Work with engineering teams to improve GenAI visualization performance

Requirements
- ✓5-8 years in product management or consulting within financial services
- ✓Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- ✓Experience shipping AI, data, or machine learning products
- ✓Ability to translate user needs into technical specifications
- ✓Deep understanding of analytics tools like Looker, Qlik, Tableau, and Power-BI
- ✓Ability to drive cross-functional alignment
- ✓Solid understanding of modern AI technologies from a product perspective
