About the Role
We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Energy Consulting team at Capco in Belgium. This role focuses on managing cutting-edge projects and building digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog to ensure the most valuable features are delivered
- →Transform business requirements into user stories that guide development teams
- →Work closely with stakeholders to align expectations and ensure a clear understanding of business priorities
- →Ensure the most business-critical and high-value items are addressed first
- →Evaluate outputs and ensure solutions meet the needs of internal and external clients
- →Stay updated on emerging trends and develop thought leadership materials
Requirements
- ✓First experience as a Product Owner within Agile/Scrum environments
- ✓Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and proven ability to manage iterative development processes
- ✓Fully fluent in both English and Dutch (spoken and written)
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- ✓Decisive, analytical mindset with a customer-first focus
- ✓Proven expertise in prioritization, stakeholder management, and delivering on time with high quality
