About the Role
Capco is seeking a Program Manager to oversee complex programs spanning multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders. This role ensures alignment with business objectives and drives program success.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop comprehensive program plans including scope, timelines, and resource allocation
- →Drive end-to-end delivery of programs while maintaining quality standards
- →Coordinate cross-functional project teams to resolve bottlenecks
- →Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients
- →Identify program risks and implement mitigation strategies
- →Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
- →Track key program KPIs and prepare performance reports
- →Provide mentorship to project managers and team members
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field
- ✓12-15 years of experience in program or project management
- ✓Strong understanding of program governance, SDLC, and Agile frameworks
- ✓Proficiency in program management tools like MS Project, Jira, and Power BI
- ✓Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- ✓Master’s degree (MBA, MIS, or equivalent)
- ✓PMP, PgMP, Agile PM, or similar certifications
- ✓Experience managing multi-project technology programs
- ✓Exposure to cross-functional global teams and complex client engagements
