About the Role
Capco Poland is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex data and migration initiatives within their online payments ecosystem. This role involves managing cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects that enhance data integrity, compliance, and scalability across global payment platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plan, execute, and oversee data migration and transformation projects across multiple systems
- →Coordinate with engineering, data, and business teams to ensure smooth migration processes
- →Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
- →Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and report on key milestones to stakeholders
- →Ensure compliance with data privacy and payment industry standards (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR)
- →Drive continuous improvement and best practices in data migration methodologies
Requirements
- ✓3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in fintech or online payments
- ✓Proven track record in managing data migration or system integration projects
- ✓Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP)
- ✓PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus
- ✓Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Fluency in English (C1 level)
