About the Role
Capco is seeking a Financial Services Project Manager to join their Business Consulting practice in Sheffield. This role involves leading complex banking transformation programs that deliver measurable impact for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the delivery of Banking & Payments change programs from initiation through to implementation
- →Define project scope, plans, milestones, budgets, and governance frameworks
- →Manage cross-functional teams across business and technology workstreams
- →Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
- →Provide clear reporting and updates to senior stakeholders and client leadership
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience delivering projects within Financial Services, ideally Banking or Payments
- ✓Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
- ✓Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments
- ✓Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across matrixed organizations
- ✓Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
