About the Role
We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer to join Capco, a management consulting and software development firm working with leading financial institutions. This role involves automating test cases for application releases and supporting cloud migration of SimCorp Dimension.
Key Responsibilities
- βDevelop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for SimCorp Dimension using Tricentis Tosca
- βCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand migration impacts and testing requirements
- βParticipate in planning, design, and review of test strategies for application releases
- βConduct end-to-end, integration, regression, and UAT testing
- βIdentify, document, and track bugs with clear defect reports
- βDrive automation initiatives to improve test coverage and reduce testing cycle times
- βEnsure test activities align with release cycles and project timelines
Requirements
- β3+ years of hands-on QA experience with SimCorp Dimension in a financial context
- βStrong expertise with Tricentis Tosca for test case design, automation, execution, and maintenance
- βExperience in cloud migration testing, preferably with third-party hosted platforms
- βSolid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
- βStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- βExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English
