About the Role
Capco is seeking an SDET to join their global technology and management consulting firm. This role involves working on engaging projects with international and local banks, insurance companies, and other key players in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement test automation frameworks
- →Write and execute test cases using Junit/TestNG
- →Automate UI testing using Selenium/Playwright
- →Write and execute SQL queries
- →Test APIs using Rest Assured
- →Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
- →Manage source code using Git and GitHub
- →Manage project dependencies using Maven or Gradle
- →Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts
- ✓Experience with Java collections, exceptions, and file I/O
- ✓Hands-on knowledge of Junit or TestNG
- ✓Hands-on knowledge of Selenium or Playwright
- ✓Proficiency in SQL
- ✓Understanding of HTTP methods, Status Codes, and JSON/XML parsing
- ✓Strong expertise with Jenkins
- ✓Competence in using Git and GitHub
- ✓Familiarity with build tools like Maven or Gradle
- ✓Good understanding of Linux systems and command-line tools
- ✓Ability to work effectively in a DevOps environment
- ✓Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- ✓Strong oral and written communication skills
- ✓Willingness to learn new technologies
