About the Role
Capco is seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in Agile (Kanban) and DevOps environments to support continuous delivery and CI/CD models. This role will focus on defining business outcomes and delivering value-driven change in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define clear business outcomes and apply market and business knowledge to deliver value-driven change
- →Conduct requirements elicitation, shape business requirements, and manage end-to-end requirements
- →Develop user stories, create story maps, refine backlogs, and participate in Agile ceremonies
- →Perform impact analysis and environmental analysis across systems, processes, and operating models
- →Support business case development and value realization
- →Manage stakeholder relationships across business and technology teams
Requirements
- ✓Strong Senior BA experience in Agile (Kanban) and DevOps environments
- ✓Excellent analytical skills, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving
- ✓Expertise in requirements elicitation, business requirements modeling, and end-to-end requirements management
- ✓Solid understanding of risk and controls frameworks, legal, and regulatory compliance
- ✓Experience with data migrations and managing project finances is desirable
