Key Responsibilities
- →Lead business analysis workstreams across Capital Markets initiatives
- →Translate capital markets domain knowledge into clear requirements and designs
- →Support business change and system or data-led transformation programmes
- →Facilitate workshops and document requirements
- →Present structured analysis to stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Strong business analysis experience in Capital Markets environments
- ✓Hands-on experience in trading, risk, post-trade, operations, or regulatory change
- ✓Ability to collaborate with technology and data teams
- ✓Consulting capabilities including stakeholder engagement and clear communication
- ✓Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies
