About the Role
Capco Poland is seeking a DevOps Software Engineer to join their fintech transformation project. This role involves working with Java 21/Spring Boot and a strong focus on software quality and Craftsmanship practices. The engineer will be part of a product-focused DevOps team, helping businesses accelerate their growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
- →Participate and contribute in all phases of the product lifecycle including discovery, delivery, and operations
- →Deliver committed objectives and adapt to reach team goals
- →Design and maintain secure, scalable AWS cloud infrastructures
- →Automate processes and build secure and scalable CI/CD pipelines
- →Collaborate with development teams to enable DevOps and DevSecOps best practices
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
- ✓Strong knowledge of core AWS services (ECS, EKS, Lambda, EC2, S3, etc.)
- ✓Experience with AWS Cognito, security best practices, and Route 53
- ✓Advanced experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
- ✓Solid experience with Ansible for configuration management
- ✓Strong knowledge of Linux, especially RHEL based systems
- ✓Proficiency in Python for automation scripts and AWS integrations
- ✓Experience designing and maintaining end-to-end CI/CD pipelines
- ✓Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
- ✓Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools
- ✓Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- ✓Proficiency with Git and common branching strategies
