About the Role
Capco Poland is seeking a Software Tester to join their global technology and management consultancy. This role focuses on testing financial services applications, particularly in derivatives trading and risk management platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with Project Managers and Business Analysts to understand requirements and agree on acceptance criteria
- →Work with testing team leads to plan, design, and develop test scripts
- →Execute manual and automated tests and provide test execution status reports
- →Ensure software solutions meet business requirements and report bugs
- →Support cross-functional teams in integration test efforts
- →Create and maintain high-quality documentation
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience in testing
- ✓Experienced in API testing (REST, gRPC, etc.)
- ✓Strong Java programming skills
- ✓Experience with Selenium
- ✓Knowledge of REST and SOAP-based web services
- ✓Hands-on working experience in SQL, Unix scripting, and Git
- ✓Domain knowledge in Investment Banking Trading & Risk Management
- ✓Excellent communication skills
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
