About the Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Capco Paris. This role involves managing the entire recruitment process for our Business Consulting activities, acting as the main point of contact for business teams, and developing effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Qualification and tracking of candidates: manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing and proactive hunting via LinkedIn, participation in recruitment planning, conducting interviews, and tracking the candidate pipeline)
- →Establish trust with recruitment partners: coordinate incoming candidate pipelines from agencies, schedule regular meetings with contacts to ensure smooth communication, and relay active needs to agencies
- →Reporting and management: track KPIs, update internal tools, and share insights
- →Onboarding and engagement: participate in integration sessions and supervise an internal team of consultants to help identify candidates
- →HR and recruitment projects: contribute to innovative initiatives to improve our processes
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) and a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a consulting firm
- ✓Expertise in recruiting senior profiles for Business Consulting (Capital Market, Data Management, Finance Risk Compliance) and technology/digital specialist roles
- ✓Strong organizational skills, rigor, autonomy, excellent interpersonal skills, and impactful communication
- ✓Bilingual English is essential (French and international stakeholders)
