Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements
- →Conduct thorough analysis of client needs, current systems, and workflows to identify potential gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- →Translate business requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
- →Create presentations for stakeholders and leadership
- →Document business processes and associated risks
- →Define user stories and acceptance criteria
- →Create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documentation
- →Work with Data Management architects and analysts on solution design
- →Participate in solution testing and production implementation
- →Manage Use Case Backlog and In Progress items
- →Compile status reports and dashboards
- →Work with project managers on timelines and resource allocations
- →Participate in design discussions and provide insights
- →Review wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications
- →Participate in daily stand-ups and address obstacles
- →Track bugs, issues, and risks
Requirements
- ✓4+ years working as a Technical BA
- ✓4+ years working on Agile projects
- ✓2-4+ years of SQL experience (Oracle and SQL Server, MongoDB a plus)
- ✓4+ years of Data Analysis/Trouble shooting
- ✓4+ years writing Business Requirement, Technical Design and Data Lineage Documents
- ✓Ability to interpret business requirements into technical requirements
- ✓Strong Meeting Facilitator skills
- ✓Must be able to multi-task effectively
- ✓Great organizational skills
- ✓Excellent communication skills
