About the Role

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join Cape, a privacy-centric cellular service provider founded by Palantir and Anduril alums. This role involves leading engagements with federal customers, understanding their privacy and security challenges, and bringing our technology to them. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure product direction aligns with customer needs and deliver solutions for mission-critical work.

Key Responsibilities

→Own the engagement with new/early customers, working directly with them to understand challenges and deploy technology.
→Cultivate relationships at all levels of seniority and navigate bureaucratic obstacles to ensure success.
→Work closely with product and engineering teams to align product direction with customer requirements.
→Lead product rollout and integration at customer locations, serving as the on-site technical implementation point of contact.
→Demonstrate high interdependence, making decisions and leading initiatives while leveraging internal expertise when needed.

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
✓Demonstrable understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, subnetting, NAT, routing, switching, core network functions) and familiarity with network troubleshooting tools like Wireshark.
✓Gritty technical skills with the ability to automate tasks to deliver for customers.
✓Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
✓Adaptive and introspective, willing to learn, guide, lead, and follow.
✓Active U.S. TS/SCI clearance.
✓Willingness to travel up to 75%.
✓Based in DC (relocation assistance available).
