About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Product team at Judi Health. This role involves collaborating with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of the product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- →Intake product requests from operations stakeholders and clients
- →Triage, research and identify technical solutions for data errors within the Judi Health tech stack
- →Work with operations and implementation teams to manage issue prioritization and resolution
- →Collaborate with an Associate Product Manager to build business requirements and specifications
- →Responsible for ticket review and identification of misintent post QA
- →Identify and make data-driven recommendations for product enhancements
- →Assist with user experience testing, research, documentation, and stakeholder communication
- →Partner with the APM to manage backlog and participate in team refinement & planning
- →Provide support in planning, roadmap development, and long-term strategy
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- ✓1+ years of experience in an Analyst role, Software Engineering role, or related work experience
- ✓Demonstrable knowledge of SQL, Excel, and other data visualization tools
- ✓Familiarity with the agile framework/Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred
- ✓Experience with Github or similar source code repositories
- ✓Demonstrable knowledge of the Python programming language preferred
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- ✓Strong attention to detail and project management skills
- ✓Working knowledge of common methods of data exchange
- ✓Comfort or experience in a fast-paced, growing environment
- ✓Intellectual and professional curiosity
