About the Role
Judi Health is seeking a Strategic Operations Analyst to support cross-functional teams through data-driven analysis, reporting, and operational execution. This role focuses on improving operational performance by analyzing trends, building and maintaining metrics, and supporting complex initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify operational trends, cost drivers, workflow bottlenecks, and performance improvement opportunities
- →Partner with cross-functional teams to design, define, and refine KPIs and performance metrics
- →Build, maintain, and quality check dashboards and reports using SQL and Excel
- →Support scenario modeling, forecasting, and ad hoc analyses
- →Contribute to project management for cross-department initiatives
- →Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- →Develop and maintain standardized reporting and operational processes
- →Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical partners
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or related field
- ✓2+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, FP&A, strategy, or strategic operations
- ✓Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel with experience working with large datasets
- ✓Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality work
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and collaborates effectively across teams
