About the Role
CapTech’s Customer Experience (CX) team seeks a Senior Interaction Designer to create sophisticated digital brand experiences that are intuitive, impactful, and accessible. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver elegant solutions to complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create personas, customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive web and mobile interface designs following usability and interaction design best practices
- →Design new digital experiences for web and mobile products, extending and enhancing existing designs based on established design systems
- →Produce clean, informative presentations to clients and internal teams that communicate design rationale and recommendations
- →Present design concepts and rationale clearly to clients and internal teams
- →Consult with clients and team members about the benefits of accessible design
- →Provide insightful feedback on designs, including interactions, information architecture, content, and alignment with business goals
- →Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions
- →Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity and accessibility
- →Research design and technology trends and determine their relevance for recommended solutions
- →Explore and leverage AI-powered design tools and workflows
Requirements
- ✓Proven understanding of product strategy, heuristic analysis, information architecture, user research, user interface design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- ✓Strategic thinking ability to translate business goals and user needs into thoughtful design solutions
- ✓Comfort working within established design systems while contributing to their evolution
- ✓Experience collaborating with researchers, developers, analysts, and other designers
- ✓Ability to meet tight deadlines with some supervision in a fast-paced environment
