About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Inside Sales Team at CardFlight and contribute to the growth of our SwipeSimple Connect product. This role involves helping local business owners streamline payments, boost revenue, and modernize their customer experience with our cutting-edge CRM and payment processing solution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive new business through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound outreach
- →Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective customers by understanding their business challenges
- →Deliver compelling and consultative product demonstrations
- →Own the entire sales process from qualification through closing
- →Develop strong relationships with prospective customers and key stakeholders
- →Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities
- →Work closely with marketing, partnerships, and product teams
- →Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings
Requirements
- ✓3–5+ years of sales experience, preferably in SMB SaaS, fintech, or payments
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- ✓Demonstrated success managing the full sales cycle and exceeding sales targets
- ✓Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
- ✓Experience selling software, payment processing, or other services to SMBs
- ✓Proficiency with CRM platforms and modern sales tools
- ✓Strong organizational and pipeline management skills
