About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Food - Jordan team at Careem in Amman. This role is responsible for owning and nurturing relationships with restaurant partners to help them grow and succeed on the Careem platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction.
- →Drive partners' performance through business reviews, data insights, and strategic recommendations.
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to execute growth initiatives.
- →Identify and resolve partner concerns swiftly to ensure a high-quality experience.
- →Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- →Support onboarding and training of new partners to set them up for success.
- →Advocate internally for partner needs and work with relevant teams to drive platform improvements.
Requirements
- ✓2-4 years of experience in account management, partner success, business development, or similar roles, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or F&B sectors.
- ✓Candidate must be fluent in Arabic
- ✓Proven track record of managing external stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
- ✓Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data interpretation.
- ✓Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- ✓A problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
- ✓Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
