About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Growth Manager to join our world-class Growth Marketing team at Careem. This role focuses on leading growth planning and decision making for our business lines, providing strategic insights based on data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- βOwn the customer lifecycle management process by running campaigns and working with product teams
- βConduct exploratory data analysis to discover untapped growth areas and automate growth processes
- βImprove growth KPIs through continuous A/B testing
- βWork in cross-functional teams with product, engineering, and marketing
- βBuild dashboards for monitoring KPIs and performance
- βProvide guidance on targets and budgets
Requirements
- βStatistics knowledge including A/B testing, uplift calculation, p-test, t-test
- βIntermediate to proficient SQL skills for data analysis
- βTableau experience for dashboard design and automation
- βExperience with CRM and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Braze, Optimizely)
- βExperience in data science/machine learning projects
- βPython scripting and automation skills (preferred)
