About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Careem's leadership team. This role involves driving the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for complex, high-impact roles across diverse business verticals in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- βAct as a talent consultant for senior stakeholders and lead recruitment strategy
- βManage the full recruitment lifecycle for moderate to high-complexity roles
- βBuild sustainable talent pipelines in GCC and Levant markets
- βOptimize hiring processes to improve velocity and quality of hire
- βCoach Hiring Managers on interview best practices and diversity initiatives
- βAnalyze recruitment data to provide insights and reports
Requirements
- β4+ years of 360-degree recruitment experience in a high-growth tech environment
- βProven experience hiring in the Gulf region, particularly KSA and Jordan
- βAdvanced proficiency with Greenhouse or similar ATS
- βFluency in English and Arabic
- βStrong consultative mindset and exceptional communication skills
