About the Role
We are looking for a Reconditioning Manager to oversee operations in a Carvana Inspection Center. This supervisory role will manage a team responsible for vehicle reconditioning processes, ensuring quality standards and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center
- →Provide mentoring and accountability to direct reports
- →Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company goals
- →Ensure adherence to operating standards and performance metrics
- →Create a positive team environment that follows Carvana’s Values
- →Maintain adequate production capacity levels and assist with planning
- →Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
- →Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
- ✓5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
- ✓Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- ✓Experience leading and developing associates
- ✓Ability to obtain project deliverables and company metrics
- ✓Valid unrestricted driver’s license with clean record
- ✓Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in various environmental conditions
- ✓Strong communication and analytical skills
- ✓Proficient computer skills
- ✓Ability to work overtime and weekends
