About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Document Specialist, Titles to join Carvana's growing Title Operations team. This role involves managing incoming and outgoing documents related to vehicle purchases and sales, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Complete routine tasks efficiently with high accuracy and consistency
- →Maintain and file documents and folders in an organized, retrievable manner
- →Scan documents and route them to appropriate teams within set timelines
- →Accurately pull files for registration and title teams
- →Sort documents numerically with precision
- →Demonstrate understanding of systems like Carma, Accutrac, and FedEx
- →Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks effectively
Requirements
- ✓High School Diploma or equivalent
- ✓1+ years of work experience in an administrative capacity
- ✓High energy and forward-thinking self-starter
- ✓Ability to manage, organize, and reconcile multiple sources of information
- ✓Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- ✓Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- ✓Willingness to embrace new challenges and adapt to change
