What started as a simple reviews site is now one of the largest online car-changing destinations in Europe. Last year alone we grew over 50% with nearly Β£3bn worth of cars bought on site, while Β£1.8bn of cars were listed for sale through our Sell My Car service.
In the last couple of years we have gone big and acquired both Carwow Leasey, a leasing broker and Autovia, creators of AutoExpress and Evo magazines, doubling our audience overnight. Together we now have one of the biggest YouTube [Upgrade to PRO to see link] channels in the world with almost 10m subscribers and over 1.1 billion annual views, while we sell 1.2 million print copies of our magazines and have an annual web content reach over 350million. We also launched our successful Sell My Car business in Germany. We are continually driving to make Carwow the go-to destination for people looking to change their car.

THE ROLE
As a Growth Marketing Executive (IC1), you will be joining a fast-paced pod of three within our Growth - Customer & Marketing team, reporting directly to Ben. You'll be instrumental in shaping and executing Carwow's performance marketing strategies, with a heavy focus on Paid Social, Display, YouTube and programmatic.
During your first six months, your primary focus will be building campaigns on DV360 and CM360. targeting ads using our 1st-party data on behalf of OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) via our Demand-Side Platform (DV360). You will be expected to dive in, build campaigns completely from scratch, leverage 1PD to build audiences and constantly optimize performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and launch ad campaigns across platforms including YouTube, Google, and TikTok.
- Become the subject matter expert on DV360.
- Build out custom audiences within our CDP.
- Conduct deep data analysis off the back of live media campaigns to continuously tweak, optimize, and drive performance.
- Own the implementation and performance of marketing campaigns across display, programmatic, and paid social channels.
- Keep all content and advertising material for advertising partners up to date, ensuring brand consistency and compliance.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Proven, hands-on experience building out ads on platforms like YouTube, Google, or TikTok (you must have executed this yourself, not just managed an agency).
- Demonstrated ability to build and apply audiences to campaigns based on targeted traffic.
- Strong analytical skills; you can interpret data straight off the back of media campaigns and turn insights into action.
- A strong plus if you have hands-on experience with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), specifically DV360, for running programmatic campaigns.
- You are proactive, highly ambitious, and driven by a thirst for knowledge and growth.
- You bring high energy and positivity to your work, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
