About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our team at Carwow Group. This role involves optimising paid media activity across Google and Bing, including search, Performance Max, and Vehicle Ads campaigns. You'll gain hands-on experience in campaign execution, data analysis, and reporting, working closely with our Performance Marketing Managers.

Key Responsibilities

→Execute and optimise paid search campaigns across Google and Bing
→Support performance analysis by spotting trends and building reports
→Help shape the development of paid search strategies
→Collaborate with local market teams, organic search, Brand and marketing analytics
→Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in paid search

Requirements

✓1 year of experience in paid search, including experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads
✓Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel
✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✓A proactive and self-motivated approach
✓Fluency in English is essential; Spanish or German a bonus
✓Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, business, finance, IT or related discipline
