About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Creative to join our central creative studio at Carwow Group. This role involves elevating how our brands appear visually across multiple channels, from early creative concepts to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver high-quality design across brand, campaign, social, print, CRM, paid media and editorial channels
- →Partner with the Head of Creative, Creative Strategist and Copywriters to develop creative ideas and campaign directions
- →Interpret brand guidelines pragmatically, knowing when to follow, adapt or propose improvements
- →Produce assets that scale: layouts, toolkits, templates and visual systems
- →Concept and create social-first paid video content for YouTube and Meta
- →Work with Product Designers to ensure brand creative translates effectively into digital journeys
- →Present work with clarity, explaining rationale and design decisions
- →Provide constructive feedback to freelancers
- →Bring structure and consistency to design delivery through file organisation and process improvements
- →Contribute to Carwow’s Creative Community
- →Explore AI solutions in the creative workflow
Requirements
- ✓Strong portfolio showcasing concept development and crafted design across digital and print
- ✓Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
- ✓Ability to create coherent campaign executions from concepts to multi-channel rollouts
- ✓Experience adapting design to fit channel needs, especially social and performance environments
- ✓Comfortable collaborating with copywriters and stakeholders
- ✓Self-sufficient, organised and proactive
- ✓Strong understanding of visual trends, social formats and motion in brand expression
- ✓Experience working across disciplines and connecting with creatives
